| Question: Why have we regularly lost recorded programs from our DVR list? It has happened ever since you changed the procedure for programming DVR recording of programs/ We will have a list of several recordings and it seems that randomly one or more will disappear from the list before we watch it. Even if they are marked protected. Your Tech service (which we object to being outsourced to the Phillipines) has no answer but to replace the receiver. The new receiver had more problems than the one we replaced and still removes recorded programs from the DVR list. |
