Name: LL Title of Question: Netlets part of the shut off?

Question: Are the CWs and My TV stations part of the distant locals cutoff? I've had one CSR and supervisor say "yes" and another CSR and supervisor say "no." All the info says CBS, NBC, ABC, and FOX. No mention is made of the others. Dish CSRs don't know what they are talking about and how if can affect churn.
