| Question: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL
We are an offshore outbound call centre located in Pakistan. We are operative with 60 seats at the moment with an excellent and expensive most technology but we have a capacity of 120 seats. We have above 1000 active and operative seats in 25 different call centers on our panel. We are into this business from the past seven years. Now-a-days I am looking for a retailer of dish network to start with, with an attractive pay out. We have worked for some very big names in USA like

We are looking for a very long term relationship with a very secure client. We have worked for Discount Communication, Sterling satellite and Alsat in the past but it was a really bad experience working with Sterling satellite because of that we have been burnt out badly and suffered heavy loses. That was because we were their channel partners in Pakistan, when they stopped operating here they did not pay for the installed satellites. We were taking care of their sales processing here in Pakistan and because of that we had to pay to the different call centers for the installed satellites from our own pocket and they still did not pay us.
I am interested in getting a channel partnership in Pakistan for Pakistan, India and Philippines. We have over 25 call centers with us at the moment but initially we would like to start producing satellite sales with 200 seats and then we can gradually increase the volume by adding more call centers. We are in a position to provide you with 25-30 sales from the very first week and we will gradually increase that up to 40-50 satellites a day. There are a few concerns of mine as follows and I want you to please reply to that with in no time
What would be the rate you offer us per satellite (with or without a dvr)?
Would you be able to invest $10,000 with us initially and whenever you feel comfortable, we can increase that amount and that would be according to the business.
Would you be able to maintain the account for $10,000? I mean that the amount should not drop more than 50% and if it happens you will immediately place another $5,000 in that account in order to balance that.
Would you be comfortable if we pay to the call centers for the installed satellite on your behalf? That’s because I don’t want to burn out again. But our first motive would be securing your benefits and then the turn of a call centre would come.
Would you feel comfortable if we process the sales here in Pakistan on your behalf because we have a very trained team for processing here with us.
Do you have an ability to scrub the dialing data.?
Would you be able to provide us with the dialing data if needed?
Are you able to sell the satellite dish all over US?
Would you provide us a chance to cell the Direct TV programming as well? Kindly mention the rate per sale?
Would you provide us with the OE Tool of the dish network?
We would be interested in getting some portals for our affiliates as well with different log in/ passwords. Can you do that?
