Question: Viewer card no 01504295290. My due recharge date was 23/9/11. I paid Rs 600 on 19/9/11 for Gold Saver Package to be continued as existing. However the message on my TV reads next due date as 18/11/11. For this package I should get more than 23/11/11 @ Rs 285 per month.
